Excellent Support - 5/5
I have been with maxnet for 4 years after finding paradise dropping in service for the cost. Maxnet support is superb and they even followup by calling you until the issue is resolved. The only issue for me is that the cost for a 10Gb Full/128down monthly is now getting up there. It is hard to now how the service could be better. My concern is that moving to a cheaper ISP could cost me on support waiting time...based on current experience with Slingshot who is my landline SP.

Insecure?? - 2/5
Been with Maxnet since they took over my previous ISP, Cosnet. OK up to last week when all my emails to America were returned with the message. "Blocked for abuse" Enquiries to mediacom, the USA ISP brought the comment. "Maxnet is considered to be insecure and will probably be blocked by more USA sites in the near future" They also commented that more NZ ISPs were under review.
I emailed Maxnet four times about this problem and got no reply. Not good enough.
