Very Much Improved - 4/5
At $9.95 a month ( only if you exceed minimal useage) I have found Feenet and excellent backup service. Hiccups of months ago seemed to have been resolved and billing is accurate. The odd time where a little wait is found but no majors such as the X tr creature.

I have to agree, they are the pits and should be audited because there account system contradicts all other statements. $for help which they cant solve and even get money taken from your automatic payment system BEFORE you enter your pin code, One payment was charged 3x for the same month with no way to get the over charge back. This company really does SUCK

Absolutely The Worst! - 0/5
Account paid monthly in advance, disabled for non-payment, calling an 0900 helpline to get it re-connected up to 3 times a day, as they freely admitted it was up to date, but refused to fix the problem.
