Slingshot Previous Customer - 3/5
Was on their $49.95 for 25GB, full upload, 128kbps download plan. Found it difficult to get the right information for setup the first time we called, ended up ringing them about 6 times - but was all on a 0800 number, so pretty sweet. Service was very good once setup; hitting speeds around 3Mbps on a good day and around 1.5mbps on average. However they changed their plans, and once I moved out of the flat, I couldn't get this plan at another address due to their plan changes. Was a very good experience despite not being able to reapply later.

Reliable And Cheap - 4/5
I paid less for this ISP, for my flat rate - only $17.95 a month. I got good customer service, but the low cost is at a cost of extra services - as it costs extra for virus protection etc, but still works out cheaper than most other ISPs.
