Not The Best Experience - 3/5 I had two ongoing problems that were never "their fault". One was a family playing Neopets and finding their downloading speeds were very very slow. I was later told they try to discourage shockwave/flash game players. Secondly, I got sick of their so-called help desk. It was nearly impossible to find someone who was polite and helpful.
