I am with a subsidiary of Supra Networks called Totallyfree. They say they will provide a reliable service with email support. In my three months with them I have suffered constant Timeouts which they acknowledge, say they will fix but don't and they very rarely reply to emails. I have also emailed Supra Net and also written them a letter and have not received one reply.
Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
